Organizing events related to Activation, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, music festivals ...

ROLES
Event Manager will be in charge of clients in the fields of FMCG, Nutrition, Insurance... Organizing events related to Activation, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, music festivals...
– Developing and gaining Acceptance of Operation Plans
– Training and Developing Subordinates
– Developing production and delivery
– Delivering events on time and within budget
– Setting and maintaining timelines and priorities for every project
– Communicating and maintaining client relations
– Managing supplier relationships
– Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
– Managing workload. Providing leadership, motivation, direction, and support to your team
– Travelling to on-site inspections and project managing events
– Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish
QUALIFICATION
– 3-4 years of experience in a similar position
– Strong communication and interpersonal skill
– Priority is given to application members who have a technical mindset
– Preference will be given to candidates with experience in organizing events related to activation, conferences, seminars and exhibitions in FMCG, Nutrition, Insurance...

– Salary: Competitive
– 13th-month Salary with 02 months salary for personal target and more; Quarterly bonus based on company performance; Entitled to a bonus fund of 10% company profit
